Introduction

Abandoned Pipe Factory

One of two level choices at the first path split. This level goes through an abandoned Warp Pipe factory where pipes are cut, soldered and pressed for assembly. There are junctions where players must choose the correct pipe to progress. One leads onwards, one is a dead end, and one loops around.

Abandoned Clear Pipe Factory

One of two level choices at the first path split. This level goes through an abandoned Clear Pipe factory, where projectile-throwing enemies can utilize horizontal pipes to attack from a distance. The Boomerang Flower is the main power-up, granting a boomerang that can go through horizontal pipes, bounce Spike Balls, collect coins and activate switches.

Overgrown Greenhouse

One of two level choices at the second path split. This level is filled with many plant-related enemies and many vines that players must climb to progress. Vines will be either visible or hidden in blocks.

Dim Light Dungeon

One of two level choices at the second path split. This level is dark and is only lit up in sections by POW Blocks, Boos, Magikoopa magic, Lit Bob-ombs, and fire-related objects. Magikoopa magic can also transform blocks into one of seven objects (Goomba, Green Koopa Troopa, Red Koopa Troopa, Spiny, Buzzy Beetle, Super Mushroom, Coin) upon contact. In order to unlock the locked exit door, players must collect the three Key Coins linked to separate challenges. One Key Coin is earned at the end of each challenge, and they can be done in any order. Yoshi can be found here.

Phanto Funhouse

In the fifth castle level, players must head in one direction to grab the Cursed Key, then head back the way they came to unlock the locked door. Upon collecting the Cursed Key, the invincible and intangible Phanto will pursue players until they enter the door. The SMB2 Mushroom is the main power-up, which grants the ability to pick up and throw enemies and dig up Cloud Blocks. Additionally, players can perform a higher Charge Jump by crouching until they flash, then jump while in their SMB2 forms. However, jumping on enemies in that form will result in riding them rather than defeating them. Lemmy Koopa is fought at the end.
